The packages differ on size, not on capability.
The gate opens
A card at the reader marks the student in. The station works offline, keeps every scan on the machine, and pushes them up seconds after the line returns.
The late list
Anybody who scanned after the cut-off is already on a list, with the minutes. Nobody rules a register by hand.
Fees at the desk
A receipt with its own number, a part payment, a waiver with the reason recorded. The ledger is the receipt book, not a spreadsheet beside it.
Marks go in
Enter a sheet per test, and the passing criteria decide the grade. Results are a record, not a calculation somebody redid at home.
Next month's roster
Build a month of classes a date at a time, clone it into the next month, and drop the holidays in once for the whole campus.
A parent checks
